SP1 is a turning point for ZKP adoption: it makes it easy for any developer to use ZKPs by writing normal code in Rust (instead of complex circuits). The Succinct Prover Network, under active development, is a hosted infrastructure layer for any application to outsource proof-generation for open-source proof systems.

Today, top teams in the space, including Polygon, Sovereign, Celestia, Wormhole, Lido, Taiko, EigenLayer, Avail, Near, and Gnosis are using Succinct’s infrastructure to build with ZKPs. We have a track record of shipping excellent products and cutting-edge technical work in ZK and have generated significant revenue already.

We recently announced our $55 million raise across our Seed and Series A led by Paradigm, the best investor in crypto. Our team is still small but incredibly strong, and we are looking for exceptional people who are excited to work hard on challenging and impactful problems in a fast-paced environment. Our office is located in San Francisco and we have a strong preference for candidates based there for this role, but are open to exceptional remote candidates.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who specializes in Rust development to join our team to architect and develop low-level backend systems. You’ll drive performance-oriented greenfield projects to produce code that is highly optimized for zkVMs and be an active open-source contributor to our GitHub repos working on the frontier of ZK. In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain APIs for SP1
  • Contribute to Succinct GitHub repositories
  • Architect and develop Rust system libraries
  • Understand bytecode coming from SP1 & build integrations with low-level Rust libraries
  • Have the ability to dive into compiler and OS development if needed
  • Constantly look to innovate and think strategically about how to improve systems

About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Opportunities and Chief of Staff to the CEO, a role designed for an all-round distinctive athlete at the intersection of traditional finance, tech (blockchain) and compliance. This position is not just about having exceptional people skills but also about possessing a profound understanding of how to orchestrate continuous alignment in a fast-growing organization in an even faster-evolving space. This Director of Strategic Opportunities and Chief of Staff to the CEO role will be a key thought partner to our founder and management team, collaborating closely to action on strategic initiatives. This is a critical and influential role that will facilitate a wide range of initiatives, ranging from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. What your responsibilities will be:

We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Compliance Executive to lead our distributed, global compliance team.

Our department prevents, detects and mitigates compliance and regulatory risks across the company and helps to strengthen our culture of compliance. The team monitors existing and new rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training to all colleagues. Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and implement the global compliance programs, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), trade surveillance, sanctions and derivatives compliance programs for FalconX in the US, APAC, and Europe
  • Advise and implement enhancements to the overall Compliance Program, including oversight of policies and procedures
  • Tasked with management of our distributed, Global Compliance team.

Compensation:

Department environment

The finance team provides critical information to the company’s leadership for effective management, whilst helping other departments assess their performance against objectives. Each vertical within the finance team plays an important role in helping the wider business, whether it be through transaction/invoice processing and supplier/client payments in our AR and AP functions, consolidation and management accounting in our Reporting function, cash and liquidity management in our Treasury function or vendor management and onboarding in our Procurement function. The collective efforts of the finance team help deliver critical information to leadership and help their colleagues and company achieve their goals.

Overall responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy and activity and for ensuring optimal supplier performance and price. Develop and implement a strategy to ensure the procurement function is adding value, mitigate supply chain risk and deliver cost savings. Maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services by the supply base.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business
  • Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance

Your experience, skills and knowledge

The Role
We are looking for entrepreneurial product managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. You will work as a Product Manager on our Data Products. In this role, you will be at the cross-section of data, operations, and distributed systems working on the cutting edge of the blockchain ecosystem. Your Impact
    • Take lead in defining product feature requirements and stories to set the team up for clear goals and success

About the Role
The Operations Platform team supports product teams by providing specialized expertise required to keep products in a safe and reliable functioning condition while maximizing delivery velocity. Engineering Operations functions as a security, release, and operational layer ensuring optimal balance between feature delivery velocity and product stability. DevOps Engineer combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems.     • Strong communication skills. It’s a fully remote job that requires working with multiple stakeholders across all of Engineering. Great communication is as essential as the technical knowledge for this role
Desired Qualifications
    • Experience working in fully remote teams across time zones. We are spread out across time zones and prefer asynchronous communication and documenting our work instead of calling meetings
    • Experience working in scale-up companies of a similar size or early-stage startups

    • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Web3 technologies, blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), or metaverse products.
    • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain technology, decentralized protocols, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the metaverse landscape.
    • Proficiency in Web3 protocols and frameworks such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, IPFS, or similar technologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Web3 blockchain or metaverse products throughout their lifecycle, driving innovation in the decentralized space.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, market research, and user insights to drive product decisions and create exceptional user experiences.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, the Web3 revolution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
