The UX/UI designer, a member of the growing UX/CX team at Pantheon, will take a leadership role on our product development teams, delivering intuitive customer experiences through beautiful and usable web and mobile interfaces. We need a talented UX/UI designer who will be able to lead web application projects by translating user research and requirements into an outstanding user experience though wireframe development, UI design, and design systems.
Take leadership in assessing and defining customer needs and evaluating end user feedback to create overall UX concept and strategy. Lead meetings with clients to understand their needs, and present ideas back to gain client alignment.
Effectively explore and communicate design ideas using sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes in a cross-functional team environment.
Create innovative visual design solutions to UI and interaction challenges with modern design standards and brand fidelity.
Create and maintain design systems and interaction libraries that adhere to our clients brand standards.
Ensure that the design vision is executed correctly during the development process.
Model leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, bringing the team together around your designs.
Expertise in producing high fidelity wireframes and has experiences with at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma etc) (portfolio samples are required).
Expertise in designing eye catching visual design with engaging compositions that enhance and guide user behavior.
Expertise in client communications, gathering business requirements, presenting design ideas, receiving and incorporating feedback, and explaining your ideas and design principals.
Experience producing written and visual documentation including sitemaps, user flows, and client presentations.
Experience with design systems, including initial UI design, html/css development, and ongoing enhancements.
Experience using fluid grids, and working in responsive/adaptive websites, and mobile design standards. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and mobile web standards.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research is a bonus.
