We are looking for a UX Designer to work as a part-time consultant for Humble. Our ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, creating impeccable B2B designs, with strong Figma skills and a keen eye for detail.

You will play a key role in transforming product ideas into visual realities, creating user-centric designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our product and development teams to conceptualise and design user-centric product solutions.
• Craft and iterate on wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Translate product ideas into visual designs that communicate and align with our brand essence.
• Review and improve existing user interfaces, ensuring they meet the best industry standards.
• Participate in feedback sessions and design reviews to ensure continual improvement.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.
• Expertise in using Figma for design tasks.
• A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects.
• A problem-solving mindset combined with a passion for understanding user behaviours and needs.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and to collaborate effectively with various team members.
• The ability to work flexibly and handle multiple design challenges.

Bonus

• You have a passion for passion for automation/no-code, UX and data-driven solutions
• Experience in a seed to Series A B2B startup
• You’re familiar with no-code & automation tools like Zapier
• You experiment with OpenAI / GPT 3
