We are continuously looking for motivated developers. Fail-Safe has a long tradition growing in-house talent and now we are expanding our employee pool.

You will be strengthening part of development team that delivers variety of software products under guide of master architect. Job entails re-factoring code architecture and rewriting. You will be assisted by experienced team to get familiar with the tasks. The tasks will be challenging if you are stating your career so we hope for someone looking for challenge in a company that values work life balance. On the bright side even professionals who feel they have not grown in their previous challenges will find work interesting and learning enhancing.

This position is remote.

We expect from you:

• Start of degree in university level software development/engineering (not finished one who ever finished their studies) OR solid background in open source community
• English language
• You are located in Finland
• Ability to communicate and ask questions
• Skill-wise we expect good understanding of code patters, software architecture, basics of operating systems, basics of computer science, basics of production viable deliveries, version control, versioning, tautologia, basic mathematics, excellent understanding of data structures, familiarity with integration testing and some common framework, familiarity with Intellij or Eclipse
• You are not solid hardened in your habits

You are doing well if you:

• Know Eclipse Jetty
• Have Finnish language skills

Our salary range is 5 000–6 000 € per month. We have good occupational healthcare and other basic amenities. We offer flexible hours but as we follow labor agreement "Tietotekniikan palveluala", your collegues at least will be working during office-hours. You can request convenient starting day.
