Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide product/service information and solutions to customers
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
