Our company is hiring superstar Telemarketers. The Telemarketer Person’s role is to represent our clients by making outbound calls to leads that come in via our social media advertising that we manage for our clients and transfer the call to the closer.

This a work-from-home opportunity. To be considered for this position a home work space free from distractions is required and must have legitimate high-speed home internet access with a backup, backup for power outages and headsets. Must have excellent communication and phone skills, persuasiveness, patience, persistence. 

Goals will be set on a weekly basis and reaching them is a requirement. Full-time openings. Hourly + commission available. Long term job.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound cold calling, qualifying prospects, and transfer to closer.
• Superb ability to build trust upon initial contact to reach decision-makers.
• Comfortably interact with decision-makers.
• We will provide scripts, tools, and software.
• Must reach weekly goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years cold calling and selling experience required.
• Competitive and self-motivated nature.
• Excellent verbal and conversational skills in English.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Accountability and highest level of integrity, a MUST.
• Regular Business Hours: (EST) Monday-Friday.
