We’re seeking a smart, proactive, detail-oriented and fast learning growth marketer with hands on experience in driving paid and organic traffic, to help with implementation and monitoring of our growth strategy.
Responsible for hands-on campaign set up across various paid search channels including Google Ads, Bing, Quora and Yandex.
Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance data to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per lead, increase ROI, and reach the company’s business objectives. (add PPC keywords and negative keywords, ad copy updates, and enhancements, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels)
Keep current on SEM changes, new features, and best practices
Ongoing SEO activities such as keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, backlink monitoring.
Landing page creation.
At least 3 years of experience actively acquiring users.
Strong background in keyword research and SEO copywriting.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush and similar.
A deep understanding of how content marketing and SEO are related.
Skilled in Google Sheets and docs.
Is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and process-driven.
Has strong interpersonal skills.
Has excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Is able to work efficiently and independently.
Is a multi-tasking, go-getting, honest, team player with high standards and rapid execution.
Is willing to enthusiastically accept many varied projects and new responsibilities as assigned.
