We are looking for a highly skilled CSR Agent who is fluentin English for remote call center, outbound inbound email and chat, The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services via the phone, email, or chat. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the customer service industry is preferred.
